Employees and relatives of employees of Prototype Advertising, Prototype Media or Prototype IT are not eligible. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
Only one entry per person - duplicate entries will be discarded.
Entrants must complete at least 50% of the poll in order to qualify for the drawing.
All newly added nominates require approval before being added to the ballot. Any voter found adding fake or profane entries will have their votes nullfied and their ballot removed.
The drawing will take place December 11, 2010.
